Summer Seasonal Workers NEEDED!Mar 5, 2019

The City of Altoona is looking for candidates that are interested in working for the City of Altoona for the summer.  These positions include seasonal workers in the Parks, Streets and Utilities (Water, Waste Water & Storm Water).  Typically seasonal employees work Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm for an average of 40 hours per week.

If you have applied and are waiting to hear back from us, no worries.  We would like to get a pool of candidates so we can set up appointments with all our departments that require summer seasonal workers.

We are also looking for a Civil/Construction Engineering Intern for the summer.  This intern will work on average 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm).
