Altoona City Hall, Altoona Building and Altoona Police Department will be moving to our new City Hall/Police Department in December.
The new City Hall/Police Department is located directly north of the Altoona Fire Department on Venbury Drive.
City Hall’s new address is:

The main phone number will remain the same for City Hall at 515-967-5136.
The main phone number for the Building department will remain the same at 515-967-5138.
City Administration, Finance, Building and Engineering departments will be housed at this new location.
Police Department’s address is:

Suite B
Altoona, IA 50009
The main phone number will remain the same for the Police Department at 515-967-5132.
The Police, Building and Engineering Departments will be closed on Monday, December 9th for moving.
City Hall will be closed on Monday, December 16th for moving.
