Altoona swears in New MayorAug 9, 2017

Mayor Pro-Tem Dean O’Connor swore in Caryl Jean Conkling as the new mayor at the Monday, August 7th council meeting.  Mayor Conkling will act as mayor until the next mayor is chosen at the November election.
