On Monday, Oct. 19th from 5:30-6:30 pm come and meet Justin Hilgrove, the artist creating Altoona's latest public art project. Justin will be creating a 20-foot tall mural on the outside west-facing wall of the police department. The art will take about two weeks to complete. pic.twitter.com/gU9K…
