Beggars' Night Trick or Treating - Monday, Oct. 30

Trick or Treating in Altoona will be held on Beggars' Night, which is celebrated locally on Oct. 30. Altoona residents who wish to participate are asked to turn on their external home lights during the hours of 6-8 p.m. to indicate trick or treaters can stop at their homes.
