Construction beginning Oct 23 on Hubbell Ave/Hwy 6

The Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) is planning roadwork along Hubbell Avenue/Hwy 6 between E 42nd St in North Des Moines and I-80 in Altoona beginning Monday, Oct. 23.

This work will include road patching and overlay replacement, is expected to last at least a week, and could include intermittent lane closures. Work on this project is being coordinated through the Iowa DOT and is weather permitting.
